  1. How do I purchase a product?
    When you find an item you'd like to purchase, simply add the item to your shopping cart by pressing the buy button. You will then proceed to the shopping basket where you can confirm your product and either select to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Once you proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to submit your personal details such as delivery address etc. You will then be transferred to the HSBC Bank Online Payment Terminal where you will be asked to input you payment details. Your credit card/debit card will then be charged. Once confirmed, you will be transferred back to our website where you will be presented with a copy of your receipt of purchase. If you purchased a downloadable product, you will be presented with a download button, once pressed your download will begin.


  2. What Products do you sell?
    NovelArts Literature aims to provide the most popular works and chooses from over 65,000 downloadable e-books and electronic audio books, so needless to say if it is not on the website Contact Us and we will be happy to locate it for you.

    NovelArts Fine Art aims to provide a diverse and rich selection of Limited Edition prints from the world's finest publishers and artsists. If we have not included an artist and there is a piece you are searching for in particular then again please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we will be happy to locate it for you.


  3. Do the displayed images accurately represent the product?
    We have endeavoured to provide all users with the most precise representation of our products by carefully selecting images that best convey and maintain there integrity.

    With regards to our literature collection, due to numerous products having various covers, we endeavour to provide the product with the cover displayed on our site, however, should the cover on our site be unavailable NovelArts reserve the right to dispatch the product with an alternative cover.

  4. Do you offer original art?
    Yes! NovelArts is currently in the process of composing an Originals collection to complement its rich selection of limited editions. If you're thinking of purchasing an original piece of Art please do not hesitate to Contact Us.


  5. When are you open for Business?
    We are open for all general enquires and sales during 08:30 - 22:00 GMT, via telephone, or 24hrs via e-mail..


  6. Can I order a catalogue?
    We are currently in the process of finalising the mail order element of NovelArts Fine Art, which once completed will be advertised on the corresponding Home pages and be freely available upon request . However all subscribed members as, with all NovelArts developments, will be notified automatically via email


  7. What if my Product is unavailable?
    NovelArts literature will aim to notify you within 24 Hours if any issues in relation to the availability of your product arise.

    NovelArts Fine Arts will endeavour to update all image availability in real time, however in the unlikely event of a product being sold out we will operate on a first come first served basis. A full refund being given to all unsuccessful orders within 7 Days.

    NovelArts literature products are downloadable via our website.

    NovelArts Fine Arts products will be sent via ANC. Due to processing your order we endeavour to have UNFRAMED orders with you within 3-5 Days and FRAMED orders with you within 7-10 Days.

  4. What is the difference between Standard and Express delivery?
    NovelArts Fine Arts always delivers using the Express Method and always requires a signature unless instructed otherwise.

  5. Is there a faster delivery method available?
    We use next day delivery on all our products so the only delay in your order will be of processing time, which we aim to keep to a minimum in order to get your product out to you as quickly as possible. For further details please Contact Us.


  6. What happens if only a portion of my order is available for dispatch?
    All orders will be despatched in there entirety, unless otherwise instructed by the customer, however if the customer requests partial delivery additional carriage charges may apply. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

    NovelArts Fine Arts products will be packaged using the following three different methods to ensure your order reaches you in optimum condition:

  8. What if my email says my order has been sent but I have not received it?
    Delivery times may vary depending on location and delivery service. All orders are tracked and full details of delivery are available on request. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of receipt of notification of dispatch please do not hesitate to Contact Us.


  9. When will it arrive?
    The delivery times are dependent upon both you location and delivery method.

    If you have any queries or issues regarding your order, please Login to your account to your account or Contact Us.


  2. Is my personal information secure?
    NovelArts will not sell or dispense any data we obtain from our customers. Which includes your email address, postal address, phone number etc. For further information please see Privacy Policy.


  3. Do I have to Login with my account name and password to browse the website?
    No! Visitors to NovelArts can browse and purchase items without an existing membership. However by becoming a member and logging onto the website we can use the information that you provide to keep you informed of the latest developments.


  4. What happens if I forget my password?
    In the member log in section of the website you will find a Forgot Your Password button simply click on this on you will be asked your security question which will resend you're password to your designated email address.   1. How do I become a member?
    You can become a member of NovelArts.com by selecting the Membership Registration tab at the top of the page. When this tab is selected, you will be taken to the registration page. Once there, you will be asked to submit your personal details, (name, country of residence and email address). You will also be asked to tell us who your favourite author and/or artists are. This will help us to provide you with special offers and/or information about products pertinent to your preferred searches. If your preferred media is downloadable e-book and/or audio books, you will be asked to select your preferred media from the list provided (please not you may select more than one option). You will then be asked to select your membership type, Standard (free), Gold (£7.5) or Platinum (£15), please view the membership section for details of benefits of each membership option. Once you select your password and press submit, you will be taken to a purchase page to input your personal payment details.


  2. How do I search for a product
    As web site users our selves, we have tried to make the site as user friendly as possible. We have incorporated numerous ways for you to search for your product. By pressing any of the large bold links at the top of any page (Fine Art, Original Art, E-Book, Audio Book). You will then be presented with a thumb nail view of products by title. This page will the allow you to search via an A-Z list. Underneath the large bold links, are smaller links which, as well as the product search above, provides you with the option of searching via author or artist in the same manner as above using the A-Z search process. If you know the product you are looking for, or artist/author name, you can also use the keyword and category searches. By typing in the name of the product or artist/author into the keyword search and selecting the relevant category (artist, art, literature, author) and pressing the go button, you will be presented with all relevant information associated with your search.

    Additional Search Options.
    If you are not sure which product you are after or the artist/authors' name, or if you would merely prefer to search via your favourite genres, by selecting any of the above options, you will be presented with an author/artist A-Z list and genre category list on the right hand side of the page.


  3. How do I check my shopping cart?
    You can check your shopping cart at any time during your visit to our site. By simply clicking on the Shopping Cart tab at the top of the page, this will take you directly to your cart. From there you can delete items, increase the quantity, proceed to the check out or continue shopping.


  4. How do I download my product?
    Once you have selected your product, simply click on the buy button next to your preferred media. This will then take you to your shopping cart, where you can delete items or change quantities. You can then either continue shopping or continue to the check-out. Once at the check-out, you will be asked to provide your personal details before being transferred to the HSBC Bank Online Payment Terminal where your personal payment details will be asked for. Please note that this is a secure payment method. Once you have completed the payment process, you will be transferred back to our site where you can print a copy of your receipt and download your product.


  5. Do I need any special software?
    Unfortunately, to view any electronic media, you do need specialist software. However all of these are available as free downloads from the appropriate sites. If you do not have the relevant software or are unsure, please select one of the links below which will take you to a download site. Please note, you will only need to download one of these readers once. However, if you intent to download e-books and audio books, as well as a standard reader such as Adobe Acrobat, you will also need to download option 4 (OverDrive Media Console), again you will only need to download this once.

  7. Can I use any media program to listen to my audio book?
    Yes. Once you have downloaded the your product via the OverDrive Media Console, you can use any media player to listen to your book and transfer it to any portable device containing a suitable reader such as adobe reader 7 or windows media player for audio books.


  8. When will my monthly subscription be taken out of my account?
    Your monthly subscription will be deducted from your designated account on the same date as your enrolment every month for a total of 12 months upon which time you will be contacted for re-subscription.


  9. How do I cancel my subscription?
    Your subscription is valid for 12 months upon enrolment, however if your card has been lost or stolen, or wish to cancel the subscription for whatever reason, please Contact Us and we will endeavour to cancel your subscription immediately. Please also provide information on cancellation i.e. content, software issues etc in order for us to continually improve our service.
